HIGASHI-TOTSUKA Music Light 2017 – 2018

HIGASHI-TOTSUKA Music Light – a Collaboration of Music and Light is taking place for the third time this year. At this year’s Music Light, as well as a “Collaboration of Music, Light, and Video,” which makes use of the “Morella vision” in Morella Park, there are plans to accept requests for music to accompany the illuminations, and to hold an event to make Christmas trees and wreaths.
