It is a museum that features more than 100 years of Japanese emigration and migrant history. In the permanent exhibition, they show the chronological history of immigration through literature, photos and videos. Special exhibitions, public lectures and public symposiums are held throughout the year.

This museum is located across from the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. During your visit you can enjoy the great views such as the Yokohama Bay Bridge and cruise ships at Daisanbashi pier from the cafeteria at the third floor of the museum.
