It is a white tower in Honmokufuto. You can overlook Yokohama Port from the obserbatory lounge at 36.5 meters above ground. There is a parkland around the tower which is open as a recreation area for citizens. Various events have been held here such as flea markets, concerts, dance shows and mallet golf.
