When you are in Japan, why not try local cuisine at its finest? Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese full-course cuisine usually complete with 6 to 8 finely-crafted dishes: it charms both your palate and eyes. The course can be served with halal beef dishes, such as shabushabu (thinly-sliced beef lightly cooked in hot broth) with reservation in advance. As the menu changes with the season as well as with daily specialties, you will be pleasantly surprised every time you visit. If you have the time, make sure to try matcha, or rich green tea made by whisking powdered green tea leaves. As it requires extensive preparation, it’s preferable to reserve a few days in advance. At the same time, the experienced chef accommodates individual requests; don't forget to tell them if there is anything you don't like to eat or love to try when making the reservation! The restaurant is elegantly decorated in a traditional style, and is equipped with private rooms of various sizes. Don't miss out on the finest local cuisine!
