A 210-inch giant display is installed in the open ceiling atrium. Mini concerts, talk shows and other events are also held. The "NHK Heart Plaza" located next to the atrium provides various interactive experiences in the "Broadcasting Experiencing Corner" where visitors can experience being a newscaster, the "Open Library of NHK Programs" and the "On-demand Experience Corner".
