Japanese tea and tea sweets. Hayashi-ya chaen is a Japanese cafe' operated by an old-standing tea merchant in Kyoto established in 1753. Different kinds of green tea and roasted green tea are served in delicate Japanese ceramics and earthenware. Also popular for their traditional Japanese parfaits topped with matcha green tea, sweet red beans, green tea ice cream and so on.
