“Shinshin shanin” means in Chinese “to be deeply attached to each other”. We wish that, our guests and us, and guests altogether, can experience this in our restaurant.
Our dishes are in the casual style of ‘nouvelle chinois’. Nouvelle chinois takes Chinese cuisine to new heights by mixing traditional dishes with Italian and French elements.
