Factories tours are available at this Kiyoken factory that produces a popular Yokohama souvenir, shumai (steamed meat dumplings). Visitors can learn the production process of shumai from the mixing of fillings to the boxing of finished products. Tasting of fresh made shaomai is offered at the end of the tour. The historical uniforms worn by salespersons are also displayed.
