It is an octagonal 3 story building that imitates Horyuji Yumedono. It was completed in 1933, built by Kenzo Adachi who was a politician.
There is Confucius, Prince Shotoku and eight saints image statues in the building. Also it has exhibited photos, farming tools and fishing gear that had been used from the Edo era through the Meiji in Honmoku and Negishi.
