This tempura restaurant offers four distinct dining areas, each with its own theme—dynamism, gravitas, Western antiquarianism, and Japanese tradition.Ikebana flower arrangements can also be found throughout, adding to the restaurant’s elegance. Carefully chosen, seasonal ingredients from across the country are given a special coating to accentuate their flavors and fried in a blend of sesame oils, resulting in a light and crispy texture as well as a delightful aroma and taste. Their anago (conger eel) tempura served with grated daikon (Japanese radish), lemon, and matcha salt is a classic. Their pickled plum tempura is a must too, offering a fruity flavor that pairs well with Japanese sake.
