Yokohama Royal Park Hotel "Autumn Fair"

Yokohama Royal Park Hotel will be hosting an "Autumn Fair" at the 1st floor Delica & Lounge "Coffret" from November 1st (Wednesday) to November 30th (Thursday), 2023.

The fair features four types of sweets including "Chestnut Roll Cake" and "Baked Sweet Potato Mont Blanc," as well as two types of bread including "Chestnut Croissant" filled with chestnut paste. You can savor the unique flavors of this season.

◆ Hojicha Pudding: 550 yen
A fragrant pudding combining hojicha with a complementary black honey jelly and topped with persimmon.

◆ La Françoise Trifle: 650 yen
A delightful treat resembling a mini parfait, made with caramel mousse and pear jelly.

◆ Baked Sweet Potato Mont Blanc: 650 yen
A gentle sweetness of Mont Blanc filled with cream from baked sweet potatoes, accented with yuzu cream.

◆ Chestnut Roll Cake: 2,250 yen (Slice: 750 yen)
A seasonal roll cake with layers of original cream and chestnuts rolled up in cocoa-flavored sponge.

A croissant wrapped with chestnut paste and candied chestnuts.

◆ Trudieu with Domestic Wheat: 540 yen
Bread made with apple, walnuts, and cinnamon, allowing you to savor the aroma and chewy texture of domestic wheat.
