A comprehensive facility for thinking and acting on issues such as international understanding of world cultures, lifestyles and international peace. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, but there is a wheelchair-accessible elevator, and visitors can move without any barriers in the flow line from the underground parking lot or the 1st floor.
