Marriott International opened The Westin Yokohama in the Minatomirai 21 district in 13 June 2022. The new 373-room Westin Yokohama will be a full-service hotel with attractive restaurants and ancillary facilities for various wellness programs. Located 45 minutes from Tokyo Station by train and 25 minutes from Haneda Airport by car, the hotel has convenient access for business and sightseeing purposes. One of the characteristics of The Westin Yokohama is its natural and health-oriented concept of "wellness", aiming to provide guests with "well-being" experiences that satisfies both body and mind. Through the brand’s six pillars of “well-being”; Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well, the brand is committed to providing guests a range of services to help them relax and unwind during their trip. The new hotel will feature the brand's iconic and award-winning Heavenly Bed in guestrooms, the “Run Westin” outdoor running program, the “WestinWORKOUT” spa and fitness studio, wedding facilities, and a variety of other amenities and services. The hotel will also feature five restaurants and bars that can be used for different purposes. “Brasserie du Quai", serving French cuisine; "Kissui-sen", serving a modern-style Japanese cuisine without losing its original tradition; "Iron Bay", a grill restaurant located on the 23rd floor; and the elaborate "Code Bar" and "Sugar Merchant", overlooking Mt. Fuji. Enjoy a full range of restaurants and bars, including a pastry shop. *Yokohama is the sixth place hosting a Westin hotel in Japan.
