Konica Minolta Planetarium Co., Ltd. will hold the grand opening of their fifth directly-managed planetarium "Konica Minolta PLANETARIA YOKOHAMA" on Thursday, March 24th 2022 in Yokohama Gate Tower.

Konica Minolta PLANETARIA YOKOHAMA is the first dome planetarium theater in Japan to use the DYNAVISION(R)-LED dome system. A new planetarium for entertainment purposes in Yokohama, where visitors will experience "healing" and "comfort" through a starry sky and immersive full-dome images.

The theater also features premium "Planet Seats," limited to four seats. Visitors can enjoy the new planetarium atmosphere as if they were floating in outer space. The planetarium has also attached a café and shop inside. The original drinks and snacks are all pleasing to the eye as well. With your favorite menu item in hand, you can spend an even more relaxing time in the planetarium dome.
