Matcha Garden Dessert Buffet at The Westin Yokohama

Pacific Table, the buffet restaurant on the 3rd floor of The Westin Yokohama, will host the weekday-only “Matcha Garden Dessert Buffet” from May 11 to June 30, 2026.

Inspired by a Japanese garden, the dessert buffet features an approximately 1-meter-wide signature bowl display centered around a “dry bonsai,” symbolizing the hotel’s sustainable philosophy. Timed to coincide with Japan’s fresh tea season, the buffet offers a wide variety of matcha sweets that highlight the tea’s delicate bitterness and rich flavor.

Guests can enjoy creative desserts such as matcha and mango tiramisu, alongside traditional Japanese sweets including warabi mochi and daifuku. Fragrant creations made with genmaicha green tea and white tea are also available, offering a refreshing and aromatic matcha experience.
