Run by San Franciscan Brian Hutto, this sake bar provides a nice visitor-friendly introduction to the world of Japanese craft sake. With prices from ¥300, it’s easy to get really stuck into the finer details of Japan’s iconic rice wine as you sample the over 100 bottles in the shop. Their website even calls it an alcoholic version of a “candy store.”
